LeasePlan successfully issues EUR 500 million three-year fixed rate bond

LeasePlan has successfully issued a EUR 500 million three-year fixed rate bond. The transaction is priced at mid swaps +185 basis points. The bond has been placed with a broad range of high-quality European institutional investors.

This transaction illustrates that LeasePlan is a recognised issuer in the capital markets. In October 2009 LeasePlan did a two-year fixed benchmark transaction, also not guaranteed by the Dutch government.
