This is how we handle your personal data
As of 1 October 2001, the Personal Data Act applies in connection with the handling of personal data. The purpose of the Act is to protect you as a private individual against the violation of your personal integrity when your personal data is handled.
When your employer signs a contract regarding vehicle leasing, we need to register some personal data about you as the driver, such as name, address, telephone number and employment number. This data is necessary in order to optimally carry out our leasing commitment towards you and your employer.
We may disclose your personal data to associated companies, for example, car suppliers and fuel companies plus governmental authorities for the purposes mentioned above and to be able to provide you with a high level of service. These companies and authorities are in turn responsible for their process for handling personal data. If your employer is part of an international group, we may transfer your personal data to other countries, including countries outside of the EU, in connection with our fleet reporting.
You may at any time make a request in writing to correct your personal data.
