What do I do if I have lost my fuel card or require a new one?
If you have lost your fuel card, you must report it directly to the respective fuel company
and subsequently (during office hours) to our Call Centre who will send you a new card.
When you report the loss of your fuel car, you need to know the card number. Therefore save the accompanying letters when your card is sent to you or note down the card number in an appropriate place. You can even make a copy of the fuel card and save the document in a safe place.

What do I do if I forget the PIN code?
Contact the Call Center on +46 8 470 26 00 and they will order a new PIN code for you
(applies for Statoil, Shell, Preem and filling cards for gas). If you have forgotten the PIN
code to your OKQ8 card, you will receive both a new card and a new PIN code.
What can I purchase with the fuel card?
You can use the fuel card to pay for fuel, oil, car wash, parking and motor products such
as windscreen washer fluid, carburettor spirit, glycol, lock lubricant, bulbs, wiper blades,
fan belts and fuses.
Shall I register ‘Swedish miles’ or kilometers when refuelling?
Sometimes the petrol pump requires you to register ‘Swedish miles’, but regardless of what
is stated on the pump or the fuel card, you should always register kilometres and not ‘Swedish
miles’.
If I replace my car, will I receive a new fuel card?
If you have a company/benefit car you will retain your old card. If you have a running cost
car you will receive a new card and codes.
