LeasePlan Online – reporting
In the menu to the left can be found a summary of our three e-services FleetReporting,
Mileage Registration and Internet Quotation. You have received information from us with your
log-in details via email.
If you should have any problems logging in, contact us on info@leaseplan.se. State which email
address you wish for us to put into our system and consider that that mail address you provide
us with is the mail address we will use if we need to contact you. We will also use the mail
address when we send a new password should you should forget your existing one.
FleetReporting
Through our interactive FleetReporting system, you are able to, at any point of the day or
night, access reports regarding the whole or parts of your fleet. Log into LeasePlan Online,
which can be found on the first page in order to access FleetReporting.
Mileage Registration
When reporting tax benefit values for fuel takes place via LeasePlan, you the driver must
enter this page and register your details. Your log-in name and password is supplied by
LeasePlan. You log-in to LeasePlan Online, which can be found on the first page, in order to
gain access to Mileage Registration.
Internet Quotation
This service is only included in certain contracts. Check with your employer.
Here, you the driver can make your car quotations to see if your car of choice is within your
company’s vehicle policy. To use and apply for Internet Quotation, click
